This is the TARPS patch from the VF-32 Swordsmen. As shown, Felix is decked out in armor, leaning on a sword with the twin tails, blue cape, and helmet in right paw. They lay claim to being the last US Navy aircrew over Baghdad, overflying it at 4 March 91. It says “TARPS PHOTO” at the top.
