This is the color version F-14 Tomcat Tail Fin for VF-74 “”””Be-Devilers”””” that has the ’01 at the top of the vertical tail and does have text at the bottom of the tail. This version of the tailfin patch has the red lightning bolt and colorful bedeviler.
