This is the “MOE” version of the VFA-101 Grim Reapers ballcap, which are not very common (yet). It has a strap in back with a clasp so that it’s adjustable to fit all. It is the Navy standard ballcap, and has that wool look and feel to it with the logo directly embroidered onto the cap.
