(Note the Vest backpatches above). This is the VFA-106 ‘PROSPECT’ rocker patch worn on the lower left side of the leather vest signifying someone as a “prospect” for the squadron…..I imagine the new-guy gets to wear it around the squadron! These DO NOT have velcro, they are designed to be sewn on.
