VF(A)-14 most recently participated in the Kosovo crisis as one of two Tomcat squadrons on station in the Adriatic Sea aboard the USS Roosevelt. The squadron history had them participating in Desert Storm, but have since resumed their normal Mediterranean cruises. They now fly the F/A-18F Hornet out of NAS Lemoore, CA. This version of their squadron patch has silver threading along the top and bottom.
