(Another AV8RSTUFF Creation) This is one of the cruise patches created for the “BOUNTY HUNTERS” of VFA-2 who were operating in the South China Sea, Indian Ocean, and the Western Pacific theater. They conducted flight operations from the USS Carl Vinson (CVN-70) as part of Carrier Air Wing Two (CVW-2) for a deployment scheduled during 2024-2025. This is the rectangular cruise patch depicting the carrier in the South China Sea, shows the flags of the countries they had port calls on the FOUR elephants, and does not come with velcro attached.
