This is VFA-192’s detachment patch for their ISR CAP (Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Carrier Air Patrol) exercise called 2012-13 SHOGUN and says “WE PUT THE MANNED IN UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLES”…..this patch does not come with velcro attached.
