(From the Squadron supplier): The ‘Sunliners’ of VFA-81 operate the F/A-18E Super Hornet out of NAS Oceana, VA after having moved up from NAS Cecil Field, FL. They originally operated the A-7 Corsair until transitioning to the F/A-18 Hornet in February 1988. This is their *69-YEAR* anniversary bullet patch that has the dates 1955 – 2024 depicted with both aircraft flown. This patch does not come with velcro already attached.
