This is the black, rectangular version of the VFA-86 Sidewinders *PANTHER JOPA* Backpatch Rocker. This patch does not have velcro attached, as it is typically sewn on the back of the flight jacket or helmet bag and is usually paired with the large, orange *SNAKE* backpatch.
