(Another AV8RSTUFF Creation): This is the VFA-97 rendition of the California State Flag with the wording changed to read “STRIKE FIGHTER REPUBLIC”. It shows an F-18 dropping weapons on the State Bear (not sure of the story behind it), and this patch does have velcro.
