(Another AV8RSTUFF Creation): The “Sharpshooters” of VMFAT-101 fly all the different versions of the Hornet out of MCAS Miramar, CA since 2000 when they moved from MCAS El Toro, CA to MCAS Miramar, CA due to BRAC. They are the west coast training squadron for the Hornets guys and gals in the USMC. This is the 50th ANNIVERSARY version of their squadron patch and does not come with velcro attached.
