*VOD TOOLS* Ghost Patch

This patch comes from the US NAVY’s ‘ROTARY WING’ Schoolhouse and shows a “ghost” carrying his tools onboard the ship. They are labeled “V.O.D” (Vertical Onboard Delivery), I think. This patch does have velcro attached.
