The ‘Screaming Eagles’ fly the P-3C Orion out of NAS Barbers Point, Hawaii. They were established in February 1943 and claim to be the first in US Aviation to respond to the invasion of Kuwait in 1990. They deployed 2 aircraft to an island off Oman on August 4th, 1990.
