VR’ denotes ‘Fleet Logistic Support Squadron’ and operate several different types of aircraft. The “Revelers” of VR-54 operate the C-130T Hercules out of NAS New Orleans, LA and were established 01 June 1991. They contribute to the logistics effort with their six tactical and long-range aircraft. This is the desert version of their aircraft patch.
