VS-31 ‘Shoot the Tankers / Tank the Shooters’ Patch (Round/Red)

This is one of the patches created by the VS-31 *TOPCATS* for their participation in Operation DESERT SHIELD in 1990 in the RED SEA area. It shows “Bill The Cat” with a Harpoon and a Refueling Hose. This patch does not come with velcro attached.
