The “Blue Wolves” of VS-35 flew the S-3 Viking out of NAS North Island, CA. They began life in April 1991 and received their Lockheed S-3 Vikings in 1992. This is the round aircraft bullet worn on the right flight suit sleeve by the instructors and students.
