(Another AV8RSTUFF Creation): As you know, the USAF Platform, the E-8C Joint STARS flies with the standard USAF crew, but also has 2-3 US Army Intelligence members (enlisted and officer) onboard at any time. They are a different command structure, but fly with the JSTARS during combat operations. This patch was created for them when they deploy and says “THE PAIN KILLERS” (left), something in Arabic (right), and “Triangle of Death” (bottom). This patch comes in the standard black/white color scheme, but note the RED Cross and Crescent moon! This patch DOES come with velcro attached..
