(Obtained from their supplier): This is a ‘cruise’ patch created by the TAO Department (Tactical Action Officer) showing a different threats with the crosshairs on VFA-14 ‘TOPHAT’! It says “FIGHT”, “DEFEND”, “WCTN”, and “SHDW”, which I’m sure there is one HELLUVA story behind this!! This patch does not come with velcro attached!
