The HSC-23 WILDCARDS deployed on the USS Montgomery out to the 7th Fleet AOR from September 2019 to February 2020. The “JOKERS WILD” is a play on the HSC-23 squadron patch since they are the “WILDCARDS”. It says “JOKERS WILD” along the top and “LCS-8” (along the bottom), which was on the USS Montgomery (LCS-8), an Independence-class littoral combat ship of the United States Navy.
