(Another AV8RSTUFF Creation): This is the desert-background version of the ‘BRICK BANDITS’ of HSC-28 for their DET-6. It has a Wild West Cowboy with pistols on each side, and says “LEGACY OF WAR”(bottom right) and does come with velcro attached.
