(Another AV8RSTUFF Creation): This is the desert version of the HSC-28 ‘SIXTH FLEET MERCS’ patch that says “CAVALIERI FANTASMA” (Latin for something to do with Indiana Jones, I think). Its has a skull image on the front and does come with velcro attached.
