Another AV8RSTUFF Creation: The “Swordsmen” of VA-145 originated from the reserve squadron VA-702 when they were called to active duty in July 1950. They flew F-4U Corsairs and AD-1 Skyraiders, before transitioning to the venerable A-6 INTRUDER. This patch was commemorated to celebrate their years of flying the mighty Intruder, from 1968 – 1993. This patch does not come with velcro attached.
