(Directly from the Squadron Mess Officer): This is one of the 2020 ‘CORONA VIRUS’ patches created for the VAW-115 Liberty Bells for their WESTPAC (Western Pacific) cruise where they spent the majority of the time quarantined in GUAM. Being the US Navy, they made good on their time there (note the Corona Bottle). This patch DOES come with velcro attached.
