VF-74 ‘Anytime, Khadaffi’ Felix

This patch was created by the VF-74 “BeDevilers” after their “run-in” with the Libyans. It has since become a “generic” felix patch that many wear to show their distaste with the Libyan aggressions and does not come with velcro attached.
