(From the Squadron supplier): This is the “”””heritage”””” patch created by VFA-115 to commemorate their lineage. It depicts a baby launching a bomb that has a skull for it’s seeker-head and is a reproduction of the original squadron logo from Torpedo Squadron Eleven (VT-11). VFA-115 traces their lineage back to October of 1942 when Carrier Air Group Eleven (CVG-11) formed. The original VT-11 logo was created by Walt Disney Studios…..cool! This patch does not come with velcro attached.
