VF-14 most recently participated in the Kosovo crisis as one of two Tomcat squadrons on station in the Adriatic Sea aboard the USS Roosevelt. They returned from their normal cruise rotation on September 21 of this year. The squadron history also had them participating in Desert Storm, but have since resumed their normal Mediterranean cruises. They now fly the F/A-18F Hornet out of NAS Lemoore, CA.
