It says “”””WESTPAC/OIR 2017″””” (top)/ “”””DIAMONDS IN THE ROUGH”””” (bottom) and shows the USS NIMITZ (CVN-68) with a diamond on the flight deck emitting rays with “”””HOTEL 68″””” along the side of the boat. It has the squadron logo at the bottom and does not have velcro attached.
