This is the Top Hook patch for the VFA-192 World Famous Golden Dragons that were based out of NAS Atsugi, Japan but now relocated to NAS Lemoore, CA. These are given to the pilot who has the top carrier landing grades during that particular line period for that airwing (CVW-5) and does not come with velcro attached.
