This is the VFA-2 ‘JOPA’ patch (with the SKULL mascot in the center) created for their 2019-2020 deployment. It says ‘JOPA’ (top) with ‘GAMBLING – DRINKING – FIGHTING’ along the border. It also has the saying “IF YOU’RE NOT HAVING FUN, YOU’RE NOT DOING IT RIGHT”. This patch does not come with velcro attached.
