(Direct from the Squadron) This is the 2013 cruise patch created by the VAW-117 Wallbangers for their WestPac cruise onboard the USS Nimitz (CVN-68). It lists the dates of the cruise at the bottom as APRIL 13 – OCTOBER 13 – DECEMBER 13 and says “THE CVW-11 CRUISATORY”. This patch does not have velcro attached.
