The ‘Screaming Eagles’ of VF-51 received their first F-14A Tomcats in June 1978 after a long and distinguished career in the F-4 Phantom. Most of the flying scenes done for TOPGUN, the movie, were by this squadron. This is the PILOT nametag for the “front seaters” in that squadron and does not come with velcro attached.
