VF-51 Squadron Patch

The ‘Screaming Eagles’ of VF-51 received their first F-14A Tomcats in June 1978 after a long and distinguished career in the F-4 Phantom. Most of the flying scenes done for TOPGUN, the movie, were by this squadron.
